三、个人简介

李萱，女，1975，云南丽江人，理学硕士，讲师。在环境科学与工程学院担任讲师，全身心投入教学工作，并因此荣获多项殊荣，包括红云优秀教师奖、全国高校混合式教学设计大赛的“设计之星”奖，以及雨课堂教学设计的“特等奖”。在科研领域，积极参与蘑菇先导化合物与人类大健康的研究，并在《PNAS》、《Journal of Fungi》、《IMA Fungus》等知名期刊上参与发表了相关研究成果。在本科生的教学过程中擅长运用智慧教学工具，将个人科研经历、社会环境热点问题与教学有机融合，注重在教学过程中培养学生的高阶思维和生态文明素养。

四、研究方向/研究领域

方向一：获取云南省重要蘑菇全基因组序列的基础上，结合转录组、蛋白组、遗传学、分子生物学以及生物化学等方法，聚焦并解析蘑菇合成环肽毒素的分子机制，并通过基因操纵与宿主表达，对重要基因和酶进行功能研究，探讨与人类健康相关的应用。

方向二：传统蘑菇标本制作导致样品变形很大，通过改进方法，最大程度保留蘑菇原有特征。
